Die Einreichung erfolgt in Beitragsform bis spätestens 13.6.2008 über diese Website oder per E-Mail an: 2008@e-voting-competition.at.

■ Es muss ein lauffähiges Wahlsystem eingereicht
werden, das im Internet zugänglich gemacht wird.

■ Der Source Code der Software muss vollständig offengelegt werden.

■ Eine Dokumentation des Systems und der Prozesse ist unbedingt erforderlich.

■ Die Grundsätze der allgemeinen, gleichen, geheimen, freien, unmittelbaren und persönlichen Wahl müssen sichergestellt sein.

■ Das System soll die Abwicklung von Vereinswahlen ermöglichen.

■ Die Grundlagen der WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) zum barrierefreien Zugang zum Internet sind, wenn möglich, einzuhalten.

The submission shall be processed via this website and sent via email at the latest (2008@e-voting-competition.at) until the 13th of June 2008.

■ A fully operational voting system must be submitted and must be accessible on the internet.

■ The software’s source code must be completely revealed.

■ Documentation of the software and all processes is compulsory.

■ The fundamentals of general, equal, secret, free, direct and personal elections must be met and secured.

■ The system shall facilitate the clearing of elections of unincorporated associations.

■ Please ensure WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) conformity for barrier free internet access.
